I would like to know if Acrobat Professional 7 has the option of "Enable Adobe Reader Usage Rights"? Or is this ONLY available in Acrobat Professional 8?

I need to make interactive forms that can be emailed, and then filled out by anybody (even if all they have is PDF Reader), saved & emailed back to me.
