duplicate fields across multiple pages, with different names

I have a Daily Planner - 365 pages, with 30 fields per page. The fields will be duplicated across all pages. Is there a way that I can do 'multiple fields' across pages, thereby eliminating the need to rename all fields? People will be filling in different information on each page. I am using Acrobat 9 Pro Extended.

Also, how can I put a security on, so that it cannot be duplicated, or emailed to someone else, once downloaded. The information is for the customer only, and will not be submitted for tracking purposes. They will be opening and closing the document throughout the year, enabling the customer to add, save and review content for the year.

Appreciate any help. Thank you.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro Extended 9.3.1, Windows

Not in Acrobat, but LiveCycle Designer will allow multiple Fields with the same name and not carry the inputted values to the other copies of the field.

Thank you very much. The form was given to me as a pdf, so I guess I am out of luck. I have LiveCycle, but have never used it. I am part way through the calendar.

Is there any way to put security on it, so that it cannot be duplicated?

I want to say that one of your other answers helps me in calculating a formula. Thanks for that.
