With Acrobat X Pro will I be able to get the following to work?
 
A section of a long form contains several fields where user can enter some details about their prices. But I don't know how many prices they wish to add details for.
 
I would like to have a 'More' button, which when clicked, duplicates the set of price detail fields as many times as user needs for each price they wish to submit.
 
Can this be done?

That sort of thing can be done with a dynamic XFA form that is created in LiveCycle Designer, which comes with the Widows version of Acrobat Pro. There are a number of tutorials and other content here that will help, in addition to the LiveCycle Designer help docs.
