I have created a form in Acrobat 9 Pro on a Mac
This form acts as a Estimate / Production request distinguished by a drop down menu at the top
its one form with a large drop down bar to change the title all the fields stay the same.
I have been experimenting with email submit options and have had no luck,
I am trying to accomplish a way for the sales team to submit the "Estimate Request" to the estimators email address while when choosing the "Production Request " it goes to the art department as well as a general manager.
Originally I used separate forms but because the information was the same i was receiving complaints that they had to retype everything each time so im trying to keep it simpler for them.
Is there a way to change the email address the form submits to by the users changing of the top drop down menu or I have tried before but is there a proper way to use two email submit buttons on the same form with different email addresses? (previously i was receiving an error when trying to distribute the form as i could not do this.)
Any suggestions would be most appreciated !
Thanks !
