I have Acrobat 9 Pro and I initiated an e-mail based review. Most of my reviewers have Reader of various versions.

One reviewer had reader version 7 and when he closes the pdf and open it again, he loses commenting capabilities. Any thoughts? I have searched for similar issues on the Adobe site, but can't find one.

Are you reviewing a form created in LiveCycle or Acrobat?

My e-mail review was initiated from Acrobat (Comments> Attach for email review).
