I've created two fillable forms with "submit by e-mail" buttons. I'd like for the recipient to be able to fill in the forms and e-mail them back to me in a form that looks like the PDF I sent them. But the data comes back to me in a data format that I can't use. Is it possible to set the form so it is returned to me looking like the original PDF?
Since you say you are using a "Submit by Email" button I'm assuming you created your form in LiveCycle Designer? You don't say what version you are working with, but if you have Acrobat 8 Professional you can do this.
A member of the AUC community recently posted some nice concise instructions on how to do this (in the new Forum section). Give them a try.

If you don't have Acrobat 8 Pro you won't be able to do this.
