Easy to fill and return form

Hi,
I have just purchased adobe 8 pro. I sent a form to friends and family however because they do not have the same grade of softwear, they say they were unable to fill the form with ease. obviously it is important for customers etc to find it easey to fill and snd back. How can i get around? thanks

Try this.
Tell them they need the latest version of Adobe Reader installed.

Make sure the tab order is set correctly in your form.

You may have to enable reader usage rights if they want to save a copy of the form.
