edit email for receiving replies on distributed forms

I am using Acrobat 9 to make forms for my company. I am trying to change the email for returned submissions for each form that I make. I do not want them coming back to the same email. How do I change the destination email for each form?

The Form Distribution Wizard uses a single email address for the return data (located under Edit > Preferences > Identity).
