Editing after converting to form

I've converted a word document to a very long form and have found an error in the "word"portion of the form. Is there a way to edit that portion without going back to the original word document and reconverting to the form. I'm not all that thrilled with the prospect of adding all off the fields again.

Would you rather try to edit the PDF content?

You can replace the underlying Word document content by editing the Word document, converting the updated Word document to a PDF then replacing the page of the PDF form. The form fields will remain and the underlying content from the Word document will be replaced. You may need to relocate the form fields.

I need to delete a "yes" and a "no" where I inadvertently placed radio buttons (there should be a text field there. Obviously the radio buttons are easily removed and replace with a text field. The yes and no are from an underlying word document. I'll try to replace the entire page as you suggest.
