Editing form that were created in MS Word

I created most of my text for my form in MS Word since it is easier, and then converted the document to a PDF, adding radio buttons, combo boxes, etc. to complete the form. I need to edit some of the text that was originally created in the word document. Is there a way to do this in the PDF file, or do I need to go back to my Word document to make the change and recreate the form? I found that the Advanced Editing - Touchup tool does not work for this, it only appears to allow changes to what was created in the PDF form.

It is far better to make the edits in the Word source document and create a new PDF. Then open the old PDF that you've added form fields to and replace the old pages with the new (Document > Replace Pages). Any fields, links, bookmarks, code, etc. will be retained.

Thank you George. I thought that option replaced entire pages. I tried it and it worked. You are a life saver! Thanks!

Yes, just the word document portion is replaced. Like you stated, the form fields are retained. Initially I thought I would have to recreate the form fields.
Thanks!
