New to Acrobat. Just downloaded trial version of Acrobat X Pro. Created a Form from MS WORD Document (after distribution, this form to be filled in by employees using Acrobat Reader). Able to edit form fields but can't access/change labels/static texts or rearrange them.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.0, Windows

The employees will only be able to fill in the forms.

If you need to edit the form, then you need to use a full version of Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer.

The static elements were probably convrted to plain text in the PDF (which means they can't be easily edited) while the form fields were automatically recognized and converted to PDF form fields.
As a general rule of thumb, you should do all the layout work before converting the file to a PDF, and ALWAYS keep a copy of the original file, in case you want to make any changes later on.

PS - if you want the Reader users to be able to save the filled-in file, you'll have to apply a special right to it from File - Save As - Reader Extended PDF - Enable Additional Features...
Be aware that this has some legal limitations. For example, you can distribute the file to more than 500 people.
