i ve created an offline form, which is submitted to a specific email address. there is an electronic signature field in the form which does not get submitted. Can anyone help me here???

We have had the problem with forms being emailed to bosses for their signature and not having the signature in them when they are forwarded. The problem there was the OLK temp folder in Outlook would add % to the name of the file. The recipient would sign and save the file without the "%"ed title, which was essentially creating a new copy of the form. Then when he forwarded the email, it went with the "%"ed form instead of the one that had been saved with the signature in it. Could this have been happening in your case?
