I'm creating a incident report and I am pretty new to acrobat 9 pro so forgive me to asking some pretty basic questions. 1. I would like to add a a drop down date picker calendar but what ever I am doing does not seem to work. Does anyone know where I can find step by step instruction on how to add a datepicker? I was given a date picker javascript but it doesnt seem to be working. 2. I am trying to add an email button so that once the form has been completed it can be emailed back to me. 3. Is it possible for whoever is filling out the incident report in reader to save a copy once they are done? Please let me know. Thank you for your help.

This is a really complex feature to add to Acrobat Forms, LiveCycle Designer has a pop-up calender. PDF Scripting - Popup Calendar is a series of form fields that can add this to your PDF and EZ date Picker is a plug-in your can purchase and add to your PDFs.

Thank you for getting back to me. I don't think its worth it to me to pay for one to be made. My company uses a date picker calendar on the website and they gave me the javascript code for it but I don't know where to add it. If someone has step by step instructions on how to do this, please let me know. Regarding the other two issuses, I think I figured out how to set the security settings so users can save a copy after entering in the data. Now all I need to do is to create an email button. Would you be able to tell me how this is done? Thank you again.
