Hi
I know how to create a email button in Acrobat 8 Pro using the Submit a Form Feature in Action. But I need to add a twist to it. I will have a field called "EmailAddress" on the form that an employee will fill out. Then when they hit the submit button it will open Outlook and place the "EmailAddress" in the To: line and it will place another address of my choice in the CC: line. Sometimes the "EmailAddress" may be null. Can anyone help? The attachment must be PDF Attachment and not fdf, xfdf,or xml.

Mark,

Download my 101FormseTips.pdf document from Acrobat Users and look at tip #75. You can accomplish what you want using a JavaScript and the code is explained in tip #75.
