EMAIL text field content

EMAIL button.
I have added a free-field form and a button to send the text by email. I posted the doc on an intranet for user to access it.
 
When I click email button in the doc I can
 
1 Select the email application to use (Outlook)
 
2 Click send data.
 
I end up on open page of Outlook with addressee, attached data and email filled.
 
Unfortunately when some other persons do it (click the email button to send their comments by email) all they get is ACROBAT ERROR MESSAGE: operation not permitted.
 
Please help!

Are these other people using Reader?
If they are using Reader, is the document Reader Enabled for save?
Do they have a proper MAPI client on their system?
