I'm having an issue where I get this error. I've recreated the document over and over along with other simple documents and I continue to get this error. I've gone so far as to create a word document covert it to PDF using Acrobat Pro 9. Add 2 fields and apply the extended Features. When I copy this file to a memory stick or transfer in email and try to use it on another machine I get this error:

"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. This document has been changed since it was created and the use of extended features is no longer available. "

Can anyone tell me why I'm having this problem???

Futher more. If I load the form in acrobat 6/7/8 it works fine.. This is so frustrating. Not to mention it works in 9 sometimes. I can't believe that no one else has had this problem.

It seems the reader's bug. I also experienced the same problem. Use adobe reader 8 is OK.
