Error message on Reader Enabled form

I have a form that has been enabled for the user so they can save locally. When she tries to save it is successful BUT throws an alert box with the following in it. "The document could not be saved. The file may be read only, or another user may have it open..." Is there a setting I mistakenly have "on" that would cause this? Thanks for the help!

I'm unclear how saving rights were assigned. You might try searching and asking at:
