I have created a fillable form and posted it to my website. The form can be successfully filled out and submitted to my email, but when I try to open the submitted form I get the following error message: "This does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel" I have attempted to do this and there is no option for me to choose. I have also installed the newest version of Adobe Reader. I am stumpted...can you help?
Since Adobe Reader was the last Acrobat program that was installed then it should have set the file associations. One way to tell is the icon thats used for the file in the file explorer.
But try this. Start Reader first, and then try opening the attachement. Also try saving the attachment to your hard drive and opening it from there.
