I created a pdf form in acrobat 9,and distributed it via Email
now, users finished it and email back to me.
there are some pdfs which can be opened by acorbat 9 but the input area is nothing.
the form_collector can't read the data in these pdfs, but if you use acrobat reader 7.0,the data can be showed again.

Boring!
why?
thanks for your respond!

Has the form had 'Extended Reader Form Rights' applied to it?

Only a full version of Acrobat can can save and email any PDF form.

For Reader to save and email a PDF form, the PDF form needs "Extenced Reader From Rights" applied to the form. See the FAQs at the top of this forum for more information.

Thanks for your answer!
I checked the origin pdf , which has enabled ""Extenced Reader From Rights".
now,the problem is some back pdfs cann't show data in acrobat 9, but they can be opened and showed data in reader 7.
so these pdfs's data cann't be colletted by acrobat 9.
