Exporting Data to Excel

Hi. I have created a form using Acrobat 8 pro. When people email this back to me I need to then collect some of the data from the filled in pdf to put into an excel spread sheet. Is there anyway of exporting the data into a spreadsheet thats already set up rather than acrobat crating a new one? Any thanks would be appriciated.

Have you looked at using the ADBC of Acrobat forms or the data connection of LiveCycle Designer?
