How can I extend features in adobe reader for form fill in for all the pdf's in a portfolio? I am only able to do each pdf seperately which takes too much time. If I hightlight all the pdf's in the portfolio, the command is grayed out. Any help would be appreciated.
Can't be done from Acrobat alone. The only way to apply rights to a bunch of PDFs at once is to purchase the Reader Extensions Rights Server ( very expensive proposition). This is a feature Adobe feels valuable enough they don't want to add it to stand alone Acrobat.
