I've heard one can create a form that can be distributed as pdf to collect data such as polls and feedback from clients or prospects, and I also (read ?) that such form has to be made as fdf.
Is it true ? Do I need to write the code in Javascript or can I use VBA, C++ ?

Thanks in advance
