Hi & please have patience, I'm a newbie re pdf forms. I'm creating a conference "Call for Papers' form that will be distributed & emailed back. The form needs to include a control/object that lets the user browse his/her hard drive & attach the an abstract of their presentation. I can't see a 'file attachment' feature but know it exists. Please help. Thanks ... c

Try this:

1. Make a button; call it something like browse for file.

2. Under Button Properties, for "Actions" select "Execute a Menu Item" then press "Add"

3. Near the bottom of that long list, you will find "Document > Attach a file"Select that as your action; and that should do it....

Hope this helps...

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.

Hi Folks
I am trying to do the something but If the document is reader enabled it wont work. How can you create a button so the client can attach a file and have it reader enable? Otherwise they would need to go to "Attach File as Comment".
