I have created a form that users can fill out online and can hit a submit button that will email the fdf with data to me for processing. It works perfect when I test it from a locally saved copy, but when I upload the form to my web server and fill it out in IE 7 I get a "File Open Failed" error when I try to submit the form (all the javascripts and everything work fine when filling ou the form). If I reload the form and try again, it submits fine and emails the fdf to me.
Has anybody encountered this before? Why would it not be able to work properly on the first load? I would hate to have to try to get all of the users to reload the form each time they fill it out. The form is located at:

I figured out that it was occurring bc the link from the email was a forward from another site because I had link tracking set. When I use a direct link it works fine. Weird.
