Fill-in blocks on government forms

I currently have Adobe 8 Professional. The U.S. Government issues many standard forms in Adobe that require one or more blocks or lines to be filled-in with information. This is particularly true for the various government forms used in the acquisition process. Can you please tell me how I can fill-in the blocks (and lines) with required information easily and save the completed forms? I can't begin to describe how frustrating it is to fill-in the blocks, yet this requirement is unavoidable. Thank you for your help.

Try this. Click Edit, Preferences, scroll down to Forms, find the Auto-Complete option and select Basis or Advanced to set the auto complete options.

As for saving the form, it must be enabled with Reader Usage Rights, Adobe Reader Extensions, or the security options must be set to allow saving the form by the government agencies PDF author.
