fillabe forms that won't fill

I am trying to fill in a form that the preparers insist is a fillable - from the address: nazierainsurancesettlement.com
The document properties show “no security” with everything “allowed” including filling in fields. However, when I try to enter data into a “field” all I get is the little fist that will move the page up or down, and no place to enter data.
I have inquired with the preparers twice and they insist the form is fillable - I have never had a problem before with fillable forms. I need to fill in the form urgently to meet a deadline. What's the problem?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows

Hi tamleon1,

If the form in question is the claim form on that page, there are no form fields I could see and it has not been enabled with any Reader Rights.

If you have Acrobat Pro 7 or higher you can use the Typewriter tool to fill in the form. If you have the free Adobe Reader your only option is to print it and fill in the old way- with pen or pencil.

Hope that helps,

Dimitri
