My buddy made a fillable form. He filled out the information on it and emailed it to me.
When I got it all the pre filled out data in the fillable areas was missing.
He opened the sent folder in his email and also could not see the data.
Now here is where it gets interesting.

He downloads adobe 6.0 reader and opens the same form in his sent folder and walla, all the info shows up.

-.- what the heck?

Has this particular form been reader-enabled in Acrobat 8 Pro. or 9? You can check under the Document Properties (File > Properties).

You have to see if the "Extened Reader Rights" have been enabled for the form. You have to look at the PDF forms "Properties". You access this by selecting "File => Properities" from Acorat's menu bar and then click on the "Security" tab and look at the very buttom of the pop-up window. There should be a statment about "extended features in Adobe Reader". If it is not there, then the "Extended Reader From Rights" have not been added to your form.
