To begin creating your interactive form, follow these steps.

1) Click on the Forms icon and select "Create New Form."

2) Select the second option, "Start with an Electronic Document," to convert an existing file into an interactive form.
3) To identify your form fields, select "Run Auto Field Detection." It will
create fields based on your original layout.
4) Now you can add print and e-mail buttons using the Form Assistant
to make it easy for form fillers to use and return the form.

If the form is a printed form that you are converting to PDF, scan and save it before doing the above.

Is this for Version 7? I cannot perform or find the option listed in step 3 "Run Auto Field Detection". Is there a step equitable to that for version 7? If I'm not mistaken, I believe saw a demo of that option in version 8, which I don't have, yet.
