i have acrobat standard 6, and reader 8, but cannot fill in some downloaded forms as file format is not supported by 6, and I cannot enable typewriter toolbar in reader 8
Update your Acrobat 6 to 6.02 or higher to fill in forms created with LiveCycle Designer.
Reader has never had the capability to enable the Typewriter Toolbar. The enabling comes from Acrobat Pro.
