Filling forms

I have adobe 7.0 but an application was on line as PDF versioan 1.2 (acrobat 2.x) It says that I am allowed to fill forms but I can't. Can anyone help me?

You say you have "Acrobat 7" but your product information is "Reader 7". These are 2 very distinct products. With Reader can not save any form data unless the form has had special extended reader rights enabled and if those rights are enabled, one needs reader 5.1 or better but some enabled forms may need an even newer versions.

Can you post a link to the form?

How do I do the link. I am a beginner with adobe. so all of this is strange to me. I have completed other applications online but can't complete this one.

I have created a form by scanning it into Acrobat Professional 8.1. I then sent it by email to be filled in / out. I sent it to myself as a test. When I open the form, the form disappears and only the data fields remain. Where did they go and how do I get them back Thank you.
