Fixing original document typo after running Forms Wizard

Hello,
I used the Acrobat 9 Form Wizard (Forms -> Start Form Wizard...) to create a PDF form from a Word dccument. The wizard does great and creates my PDF form.

After significant editing and adding of fields to the PDF document, I noticed a typo in the original Word document prior to conversion.

Is there a way to change that typo in the PDF form?
Everything I try only lets me change the form fields, not the underlying document.
I shudder to think about going back and re-running the Forms Wizard and re-doing all those form field edits.

Thanks,
Chuck

You don't have to recreate the form if you need to make a change to the underlying page. Just go back to your source document in Word, make any changes, and create a new PDF. Then open the PDF that has the form fields and select "Document > Replace Pages" to replace the old pages with the new. Any form fields, code, links, bookmarks, etc. that you've added will be retained and only the underlying page contents will change.George
