Hello,

I'm implementing some forms for our office for reports and other. I created the forms in Adobe acrobat pro extended. when i delivered the forms to the users they can fill then but the can only save and save as in adobe reader keeping the form fields. i need to save the filled form as flat pdf when the form is ready. is there any script that i can include to the form so i can have a button in the form to be saved as a flat pdf when the users open then in adobe reader??

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro Extended 9.1.1, Windows

What about applying signatures, the end users apply a signature to the forms in reader they are able to save as copy of the form in flat pdf. is there any other way to save the forms as flat pdf. if the form end users have only acrobat reader???

Applying the signature does not "flatten" the form, it only locks the fields will indicate if a change has been made.

Reader can not apply signtrures unless a special Adobe server product is used to extend signature rights to the PDF.

Hi,

anyway the easiest way is to print with pdf printer driver as pdf955.

According to most IT HelpDesk people, the most common reason for user error (regardless of Operating System) is ID 10T.

You can do exactly this at www.FillAnyPdf.com

It works by uploading your form to the site where people can fill it out and sign it. When you download it, everything is flattened.
