Form created in English not opening correctly on Korean Reader

I created a PDF form in English. When I open it in Adobe Reader on an English system, it looks fine.

When my Korean colleague opens it in the Korean version of Adobe Reader 8, it is skewed down and to the right. There are also fields missing.

What do I need to do to get it to work properly in the Korean Reader?

Note that the form is in English on both machines. The PDF is not translated. Our Korean employees are bilingual.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Fixed!
The Locales were set to Default Host. I set them to US_English and now it works fine on the Korean Reader.
