On occasion I have to modify quote letters in PDF format. Minor changes - quantity, price, deliver info, etc.
I just updated to Acrobat 9 Pro and have had one customer return my quote along with a P.O. (as he normally does) for a project. To my horror none of the alterations held - they reverted back to the initial version of the document.
I re-checked my email sent to him - it was the altered version.
A) How did this happen?
B) What do I have to do to prevent this from happening again?
I've never had this happen with any previous versions of Acrobat - is this a problem with Ver. 9?

Has anyone found an answer to this one? I am having the same problem with a form. The user is making changes and they are not saving. This is not for all users just a couple.
