Am creating form using 9 Standard.
 
Want to select various fields and update the properties to "Special" Phone number, actually.
 
When right-clicking, that option isn't available to multiple fields.
 
Am I out of luck?

There are only a limited number of properties that are shared by a group of fields. Since the format of fields tends to be a very limited to one field, you will have to access each field individually and set the format or run a custom script.
