Is there a way to print a list of all form field names that appear in a multi-page document?

Hi mdudek,

There is no option for doing this from the Acrobat user interface.
See this article at JavaScript Corner on creating reports using JavaScript. The example code included is for creating a report to list all the form fields in a PDF.
