Error message received "The Document could not be saved - there was a problem reading this document(26)"

I created the form using lifecycle designer, I have enabled usage rights prior to publication on a website, the users can download and enter data into the fields, but when they try to save the message given above appears - Can anyone help please?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows
