I have a form that I created and turned on reader-enabled and posted on our shared drive for everyone in my workgroup to use.
I have one person in my workgroup that when he enters a number in a numeric field the field reverts to zero. He'll then email me the form along with the amount he wants to input and I'm able to input it with no problem and send it back to him.
Doesn't happen all the time, but enough to make me wonder if there is some setting on his computer that causes this to happen.
We're using Adobe 8 Professional. Form created using LiveCycle Designer 8.0. Running Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.
Since this is only happening to one person, I suggest the user makes sure their version of Adobe Reader is updated.
Prior to that, he/she should run a virus scan, disk clean up, and defrag the hard drive.
