I have created a PDF form in Adobe 7.0 professional version and both the submit by e-mail and the print buttons work fine. My problem is the results come back to me in the form of data and not the exact form itself. Is there any way for me to receive the actual form itself back showing which choices my clients marked?
I am getting the
reply back that reads "the attached file contains data that was entered into a form. It is not the form itself. I would like to get the form itself.

Open the button properties, click the Actions tab, for Select Trigger choose - Mouse Up, Select Action - - Submit a form, click Add, under Export Format choose - PDF The complete document. Select the fields you want to include.
