I created a submit by email button. There is a field that says Enter a URL for this link: where I typed

mailto:myname [at] hartmann-conco [dot] com

When the button is pressed and the pdf is sent to the email application this is how it pops up in the To: Field

myname@hartmann-conco [dot] commyname [at] hartmann-conco [dot] com

What do I need to do so only one email address ops up?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

What email client are you using? Do mailto links in web pages (or anywhere else) do the same thing?

Lotus notes, I sent the form to my home address and when I tried to email it back from Outlook, I got this error:

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
myemail [at] hartmannn-conco [dot] com' on 11/20/2008 2:56 PM
550 Recipient domain must exist

> [dot] [dot] [dot] [at] hartmannn-conco [dot] comShould that be: hartmann-conco.com

You might want to edit your post to remove the address.

Regarding the double-entry, someone else reported this problem recently with Lotus Notes, but I did not see a fix.
