I can not get the format to work on text boxes, i.e. phone, number etc. Help I have a form that my client is expecting and can't find any help in pittsburgh.

Just want to make sure you're following the steps to format the field properly.
Are you selecting Format in the Text Field Properties dialog box? From the Select format category pull-down menu are you selecting Special? Then select Phone Number from the Special Options list?
If you are formatting your fields as stated above, let us know what you get when you type a phone number in the field box.
