Hi all,

I really need help. I am desperated...I am new in Acrobat 9 pro to create a form

I did a form in excel (application form for my company) which have different width and style borders, It also has the logo of my company.

When I covert the excel form with acrobat 9 pro form, Acrobat change all the lines (dot lines now are a normal lines...) the images is totally deformed...

Does anybody have a solution? Perhaps I have to click some option in adobe before converting? I am stuck with it.

Thank in advance.

Tere

Have you tried using LiveCycle Designer to do the conversion? It might give you better results, and it's an editing program, which Acrobat is not.

But, as you've already found out, converting from Excel is not a good choice. You'd be much better off starting with Word. I image you started with Excel because you needed calculations? When Acrobat converts to PDF it converts the look of the form, not the interactive fields, which is why Word is better. Then you have to add the fields with form fields recognition and manually.
