I have created a form which has many tick boxes and text answers how can i collaborate all the information i get back easily to produce some figures is this possible??

If you want to collate the data, one thing you can do is export it from the form somehow and place it in a spreadsheet or database. Since there are many different possibilities, if you want specific recommendations on how this can be done, you should describe in detail how the form will be distributed and how they will be returned, and what version of Acrobat (Reader) your users might be using.
