Hi

I am trying to create a PDF form that can be editable by one user in Reader. Then Allow them to secure the file so they can send it to clients with all the form fields locked down and un-editable.

I have tried security password settings and also tried allowing them to print to PDF. Unable to get either way to do what I am looking for. Very much new to PDF forms!

Is there any way this can be done? Or is Reader just too limited to allow this?

I am wondering the same thing. In the way Acrobat is set up, currently, any data collected into responses file can still be modified by the surveyor without the responder's consent. I should think that Reader must lock the answers automatically once the form is submitted, so the collector can't alter its contents after the fact, or else, there is no proof for your conducting a fair and honest survey.

I created a form and a button that opens outlook and sends the form. It works on my laptop with an old version adobe pro 5. When I load it up on adobe 8 reader or adobe X pro I get the message that opening outlook is disallowed by my systems administrator. Any suggestions
