Question from the Adobe Acrobat page:

I build order form for our customers and I have one big problem with the e-mail button. When they send us completed order, we can see it only in xml format. Is there any possibility to see it in other format, e.g. doc, pdf. ?

XML is what's used with a form created in LiveCycle Designer when an email submit button is used. If you use a regular button and set it up to submit, you can select choose to include the entire PDF. For this to work with Reader, the document has to be Reader-enabled, which if done with Acrobat involves licensing restrictions on the number of returned forms you can use.

What was the program that created the form?

How do you have your email button coded?

Have you tried to save the XML code locally and then import the XML code into your PDF form?
