Forms Online

I have created several forms that have been uploaded to a secure website. I have been doing this for 4 years now. A few months ago I started having trouble, a form will let users fill in the fields and submit them by using a submit button I placed on the form but, after several uses the form will lock users out of any field. The only thing I have found that works is for me to recreate the form from scratch and upload the new form, which works for a while and then also "quits." The forms are created in Adobe Pro v. 8 and are Reader Enabled. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be occurring?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.3, Windows

Are you giving the forms Usage Rights? The Acrobat EULA states that a Rights Enabled form may be distributed up to 500 times. Perhaps Adobe has found a way to build this limitation into the forms.

Yes, I did give the forms usage rights. I am aware of the EULA and rights enabled distribution information and Yes, I think Adobe has found a way to build this limitation into the forms. I don't know why Adobe did this but I suppose it was a bottom line business decision. It's always about money.

What it means for my business is this, if I can't find a way change the limitation I will look for a solution elsewhere and for the little it's worth, it won't be an Adobe product. Partly because it has caused severe angst among my partners, which affects my ability to give good customer service, but mostly because Adobe has not been responsive or forthcoming with a solution, even one I could pay for.
