Forms opening too big.

Sometimes it's the simplest and obvious that eludes you the most.

When opening a form in Reader or Designer to work on, it opens
at random sizes usually anywhere from 1110% to 173%

Is this a setting, can I force it to only open at 100% only?

It happens in Pro9 and reader9.

Look under document properties, open view options.
