For an Acroform (created in Acrobat, not LiveCycle Designer)if you have already created the fields on the form then right click on field 6 and choose Properties- in the Text Field Properties dialog open the tab Calculate, choose "Value is the Sum (+) of the following fields" then click "Pick" and select fields 1-5 (or whatever name you gave those fields, they should be listed there). Click Close and that should do it for you.
