HELP!!! I need to create a write-able form!!!

Ok I just downloaded the free version of adobe reader X.
I have a pdf file and I need to turn it into a write-able form.
I can't find the "tools" section to get to possibly create a text field. Or if there even is one in a free version.
Can anyone help me? Or show me the way to a good free pdf writer?

You need Acrobat to create a form.

Reader is not only the name of the product, but the operative descriptor of the product.

You can also use OpenOffice.org to create a form and export it as a PDF form.
