help needed! making reader extended forms saveable

I have made a reader extended PDF form with acrobat xpro.

I need to send this out by email and enable it to be filled in, saved, sent on to third party, section filled in, saved and sent back to me.

When the first 'reader' edits fields and saves it, the reader extention rights are diasbled. Not allowing the second reader to edit fields.

The readers all have reader7. There are hundreds of readers who would recieve this form and they cannot update the reader as they are on a network and do not have administrator rights.

Is there anyway when creating the form in xpro to stop the reader rights being disabled after the first reader edits and saves the form?

OR is there any other version or program I can use that would enable me to acheive this result?
Note: Tried excel but couldnt use form as I couldnt view completed form clearly on blackberry.

Hi,

Saving forms using a Reader-enabled PDF requires Reader 8 or later version.
